I enjoy both lifts. I have the superlift on my Ranger and have never had a problem w/ it, and I have the Skyjacker on my Explorer. The Explorer rides so much better than the Ranger but both lifts are great! One thing I like better about Skyjacker is: The replacement of the whole leaf springs. No axle over, blocks, or add-a-leafs!

Do you have 2wd or 4wd? I know alot of guys with the 4x4's go with superlift. I've heard alot of bad things with skyjacker if you have any problems with the kit.

I did a lot of research before I purchased my superllift. Even when I talked to the guys at skyjacker they told me I would get better flex out of the stock springs and axle over. They said it was due to a flatter spring or something. It really depends on personal prefference.

I am trying to decide between the two lifts...since both of you have one or the other or both...i was wondering which gives the least problems and which holds up the best on a 4wd. i like to go hard but i have no lift right now..also which cost less to put on. thanks

I am very pleased with the 5.5" Superlift. Using the stock springs in a rear springover gives the best ride and the most articulation, in my opinion.

I have heard many horror stories about Skyjacker, mainly that they won't stand behind their product when anything goes wrong.

I can vouch for Superlift in standing behind their product. Nobody is perfect, but they do their best to be fair and honest. I would have no hesitation in buying their product again.

As for Skyjacker, I would have to have someone prove wrong all the people that have told me that they are a pain to deal with, including the shop that installed my lift, before I would ever think about buying anything from them.
