superlift extended radius arms

I am planning on installing the superlift extended arms on my ex, right now I am running skyjacker drop brackets, what I am looking for is instructions or pics on how, and where to mount the radius arm mounts, I am buying these used from this board, and have never installed these before. Any experience with the superlift arms would be appreciated.
