whats up ya'll, I'm new to the site so if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it.

I want to lower my 01 sport 2WD. With out having to C-notch, what is the most that I can drop without major banging issues. I'm building on a budget (read- I'm broke as a joke). I know how to do the work(blocks and torsions) but just wanted some input as to how far is too far.

additionally on a similar note, what does it take to fit f-150 wheels to the sport? are adapters needed?

thanks for the help
Dave

You can only go 2-2.5" in the front if you remove the torsion bolts. You can go about 3-3.5" in the rear if you cut the bumpstops down (almost off).
