hey guys!

so i have been going all over these threads and for the life of me i can not find the answer i need.
I have a 2000 mountaineer. I ended up doing a custom mesh grill on it that turned out super poorly. and my head lights are foggy/ the reflector thing is broken in the right one. So i have always wanted to be able to put in aftermarket projector or halo black housing head lights with HIDs. so i will be doing the swap. i know i need a header panel + the grille + headlights and i should be good to go (the grille and header panel are $50.00 on ebay).
my questions are these.
1. is there an actual write up going from mountaineer to explorer anywhere? if not i will do one.
2. for the turn signals the explorers have 2 bulbs and the mountaineers only have 1 bulb. so my question is how do i go from my one bulb to 2?
3. instead of splicing can i just buy a new headlight harness for an explorer and install it? if so how does one do that?

Thanks guys!

can anyone help me out here??

Get the wiring from a pick and pull. Splice it in. I believe the factory harness goes all the way to the firewall.

thank you! so basically i could just go to a junk yard cut it out and then follow it back on my truck and cut it and put it in?

Just splice it in in the front. No sense going way back on it.
