Has anyone put the late 90's/early 2000's Ranger door panels onto their Explorer front doors? I know I would only have the front door window switches, since they didn't have a 4-door power window option, but I'm interested in doing it since I like the door handle above the armrest better than the under handle on the Ex... If they even fit, since I think the doors themselves may be different, or is it just the outside door skin?
