Swapping V8 into 98 XLT?

[98 XLT 4x4]

I have 2 302 motors with no accessories. How hard would it be to make this fit into my 98 XLT? What all is needed? Cant use any of the v6 accessories? What about the tranny? Would the v6 one hold up to normal driving?
