While I was cleaning my wheel wells I noticed that the bushing on my front right side was completely destroyed, does anyone know what the proper bushing size that I should get is? There are 27-34 mm bushings on auto zone's site and they all say they fit the truck so I don't knwo which to get, and does anyone know what would make a new sway bar bushing do this in just a few months

Very common blown out sway bar END LINK bushings. Definitely aftermarket , but far stronger hardware than stock. Use a crescent wrench to measure BOLT diameter, not the center sleeve. Bushings can be replaced, but it may be easier and less expensive to replace both sides with new Moog K700542 end links with much more durable polyurethane bushings.

Damien, read through the "Refresh my memory..." citation in sws's post. Tells you all you need to know about doing end link bushings. Use the Moog end link and Energy Suspension bushings. Highly recommended. I think they are Moog #7275 front end links and ES #9.8103 High Performance bushing. Do both sides while you're at it. (... and put the end link bolt in from the top.. heh)
