I have to replace the end links on my 2007 4.0 explorer As they have fallen apart and wondering if I can do this without a lift or jack stands, I just have a regular quick lift jack. Will this work keeping the wheels on the vehicle and using the jack to compress the suspension one side at a time to get everything seated and tightened down? Thanks in advance

It has been awhile since I have done this.... but you should not have a problem. As I recall, the first side is easy and not an issue.

Use the jack, or a long pry bar, for the other/second side if necessary. If your sway bar link has enough threads to get started, it is even easier. You should be able to do this without a lot of difficulty.

Good luck.
