Well i'm overall pleased with the install...i'm having the sides revinyled because i didn't like the way it looked didn't blend in so its going back on thursday for that...and then right overtop of the subs i don't like how wide that vinyl stip is either so its going to be trimmed down a bit to flow more....but overall i'm happy with everything looks tight i think....now i just need to get my clarion vrx925vd back from the shop...lol

well the box ran me 870, the place i went to really needed work at that time so they gave it to me half off...the kicks were 350 and i bet i could get him to make some more for you, you would just need to send me your kicks..becuase he will use them to base it off....and then i also had more tint applied to the back windows to hide my stuff and that was 125, plus new stinger bullit rca's 200, and then the alpine f540 was 600 and the 2 mrd 500's were 500 a piece...but i'm so happy with the install..thanks for the positive feedback

but whats with all the gaps and exposed seams in the vinyl.. its like they vinyl'ed each peice seperatley then built it.

You spent 500 on each of those mrd-m500??!?!?!?! Did you bother looking around at all!? You can almost get 2 of them for 500, that f540 for near half that, and the stinger rcas for about 30 bucks a peice. As long as you like it tho, thats what counts!

yeah the vinyl i'm making them fix....their boss wanted him to finish the job by saturday because they had been building it for about 2 1 /2 weeks but i'm making them integrate it all in...and the installer told me that he was going to do it before i even saw the rest of it....and yes but i bought a clarion vrx925vd off of ebay 6 months ago and it just broke so now i have to have it repaired...and that is not fun at all...at least with the amps i can get everything warrantied...plus i actually got somewhat a deal on them...but i shouldn't tell you about it...its top secret....

Wow guys thanks for all the comments...i really appreaciate it....if your wondering...it was completely made out of bondo and mdf and paint...my installer did an awesome job...and if your wondering what the actual cost of the box...the labor??? it was 770....i mean thats cheap as hell...thats like 15 hours of shop work in terms of hours to money.....my installer actually spend somewhere between 90 to 110 because of all of the problems we had with the box and how to install it....overall i'm so happy with it and its going in tommorow to have them fix the amp rack and vinyl should have new pics up of the new stuff soon....and also both amps were only 250 a piece 13 dollars less then dealer cost...and the 4 channel was only 450 200 less then retail.....yeah i know i lied about the price...but i bought all of it locally....what great deals...this is the same shop that is working on derek anderson's truck and impala...you know the nba player...

thanks for all the coments guys..the box was actually fairly cheap...i think they misjudged the amount of time it was going to take...plus the paint shop went well beyond was we thought they were going to do..Thanks for all the comments again

well i'm selling my clarion vrx 925vd and i just purchased an alpine 9815, truly sounds unreal, the clarion will be sold this month i'll even through in a sixty warranty so no one think im sending it DOA. I also moved the top amp around and the vinyl has been fixed, i'll try to get some more pics up this weeekend ...thanks for the comps.
