Temp Gauge not reading high enough

Has anybody experienced his/her temp gauge not ever getting to normal operating temp? For the past few days mine doesn't even move a quarter of the way up the gauge. I drive 30 mins to work and home each day in 90+ degree heat and normally the temp quickly reaches the mid-point of the gauge and stays there. The truck runs fine and I've noticed no leaks in my driveway. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!

Theromostat stuck open, or temp sending unit. Both easy to replace. Search on it.
