Heres a strabge one i have been trying to figure out for a long while and thought i would throw it around here a bit.

My Temp Gauge Jumps up and Down.

Its like the TSTAT oepening and closing its wierd.

It normally sits between the N&O of NORMAL.
It will jump to the M&A of NORMAL and then jump right back down to N&O a second later.

Literlly.

Any Ideas.

I have replaced the TSTAT about a month ago when it started doing this.

Also anyone know where i can get a Grill Gaurd online for my 1994 Ford Explorer.

Thanks

Mr Bean,
There is a little temp sending unit located to the left of the thermostat. Its copper and and has a little threaded plug at the top. I have to this date replaced it no less than four, count them, four times. If for any reason, you have low fluid and expose this little monster to air in the chamber, kiss it goodbye.Thank God it only costs $10.00 to replace. This fixes my little temp mood swings every time.
Dan
