I was following the excellent pinned thread on replacing the actuator and when I got to the first testing step I discovered that my temperature control dial is not making the actuator shaft rotate. Tested with both actuators. I just ran to the yard and got a replacement hvac control panel, but still have the same problem. I've checked all the fuses I thought were related but no luck. Ideas what to check next?
