The temperature control lever will not go all the way towards the left to the cold position, it comes within about 3/4" from the left side, any suggestions?

I have a similar problem...subscribing.

Blend door issue perhaps? I'm not wanting to take lower part of dash apart now that winter is almost upon me. I'll wait until springtime for this one...

At night or in the dark, stick a flashlight into the dash behind the temperature control assembly, but make sure the light isn't facing out towards the passenger compartment.

You should be able to peer through the lever slots and see up close if anything is blocking them directly. If not, look from behind as best you can, with your back on the floor mats and looking up into the dash.

Could be as simple as some stereo wires having dropped down, especially if you have an aftermarket stereo with unused connectors or extra wiring back there.

Thanks for the heads up. Mine is doing the same. Not that the AC works though. :(
