Temperature control system

Can anyone tell me why every other button my temperature control system under the touch screen is not working?? Only everyother button works and I can not use them on the touch screen part either. Please help!

Welcome to the Forum.
Are nonfunctioning buttons the same ones on the panel and screen? Although I haven't checked the manual, I wonder if it could be a blown fuse?
