I sure could use your help here...

When under initial acceleration, it rides fine, no shakes or noises. When I let off the gas, it starts a killer vibration. It is the same in neutral or any of the drive gears. When I step back on the gas, it still maintains the vibration and I cannot then get rid of it until a complete stop and then initial acceleration again.

May be of value---the ball joints were shot and needed to be replaced for inspection, so I did the upper and lower on both sides. Also replaced one of the hubs due to bearing noise/drag. The terrible vibration started a couple of days before I replaced the ball joints and still is the same.

What could this killer vibration be from?

Today, I get in the X, back it down the driveway (moderate hill about 75 feet), go to pull it back up the driveway and then pop and bind coming from what feels like the right side. I did creep it up the drive and it didn't bind again. I torqued the axle nuts correctly in the front when I finished the bj installs. This may be a seperate issue, as it never did this before.

I am kind of worn out after doing all of the front end work and my wallet is needing a little break also. Any ideas? The rear wheels have about 1mm pull on each side, but no up and down movement. Rear wheel bearings? F or R driveshaft connections? Transfer case? Thank you for any suggestions.

Try disconnecting the transfer case's electrical connectors -- sounds like the 4wd is on or something.
