Testing of just built lincoln aviators

Once the lincoln aviators roll off assembly line are they shipped directly to dealers or are they shipped to another location first for testing?

Yes, they are ready to be delivered and will be waiting for availability for the appropriate method of transport to your area.

That was not true last year when they were having all the problems with the line. My Aviator went from the factory to the "fix it" sight, cannot remember the name of that place right now, but it was gone for three weeks before it came back to the factory and was then shipped from the factory. Don't know if they are still doing that????/

That's what happens when an all new model comes out. No different then the 2021 f150. It is not normal once the bugs are worked out from the 1st model year.
