Hello everyone.
I want to thank you for this year of support in fixing my explorer.
One of my goals at the time of purchase was to be able to travel with it.
Three days ago, then I left my city: Montevideo Uruguay, crossed Argentina, and crossed the Andes mountain at 3800 mts high ( 12467.19 foot) , to reach Santiago de Chile, where my son is playing some South American school handball games representing my country.
It's a 1800 km ( 1200 miles) distance.
Now it's summer here, the one row radiator I put in kept the temperature ok throughout the trip, even when going up ( a lot)
Remember that it is a 5-speed manual and has the air conditioning disconnected.
As RangerX suggested, I used stop power steering leaking (I got one from Liqui Moly) and cut off the fluid drips. All good!
