I have a 97 xlt and have been browsing this forum for a few months looking up repair and modification tips. I had the tranny rebuilt about a year ago and thought about trading in for another ride. After seeing so many good looking rigs and so much quality information on this site I've decided to keep my explorer. It's not in bad shape at all and I'm looking forward to having a more capable ride by next year. Problem is that accessories like bull bars and bumpers seem a bit hard to find. I also notice a number of photos don't show up and links don't work. Does that change if you pay to join?

Unfortunately our forum, like so many others are suffering since Photobucket began to charge $400 a year to link the photos people had stored on their servers. Now their are dead photo links on forums, E-bay, Amazon, etc... They really made a mess.

Check our For Sale forum. Bumpers, bull bars etc come up for sale occasionally.
