Thermostat Assembly Torque spec? w/pics..

Does anyone know the spec for the thermostat assembly that bolts to the engine?

2003 Explorer 4.0 V6 K flex fuel

The actual thermostat housing is 89inch/lbs according to my Haynes manual but it does not say anything about the bigger housing assembly that the thermostat sits on.

The thermostat assembly is leaking.

Standard 190* Don't forget the o-ring seal.
