i have two quick questions about the specs of some cars. if you can answer both of these off the top of your head you deserve a six pack but it you'll have to buy it yourself 'cause i'm broke as heck after my last internal engine mods (which are awesome by the way). so here goes.

first what are the specs of hte lamborghini suv. i saw one tonight here in vail. it looked like a hummer with a bad fiberglass body on it, but i'm sure it is pretty cool. i mean it is a lamborghini.

second what is a TreserAudi Super5000. i saw one of these as well with a really nice pearlescent paint job and it looked like a pretty cool tuner car. obviously since it's a 5000 it is before my time as an enthusiast (i was probably ten when it was made) but i'm interested in finding out what it is.

thanks for responding. if you want i will post pics of both next week.

Looks like I better start drinking......

Which Lambo SUV? I'll assume you saw the LM004. It looks very hummerlike. 4 wheel Independent heavy duty suspension. It came with a 450 HP 8.0? Liter V12 that the Countach had. Came stock with 35" Mickey Thompson's. Very sweet ride. Was rumored to be faster than a Z28 when it came out.....

it sounded right until you said that about the engine, it sounded like a diesel, was that an option? it seems odd to me that the same vehicle could be that fast with a countach engine and also come with the weak sounding diesel this thing had. but i really don't know.

Well I'm not sure about the diesel. I'll have to look into that. I do know however that the 001,002,and 003 had much lesser motors....

If you ever listen to a viper motor they sound funny to like a weak diesel until you rev them up but that's another story. Just trying to help. Any motor wwith more than 10 cylinders sounds funny IMO.

it was also very cold which could make it sound worse. honestly i have no idea what a lamborghini should sound like. lol

Ok after some research I'm pretty confident you saw the LM003. It has a 150HP 3.0L Turbo Diesel I6.

that sounds right. is there a way to tell them apart from the outside? now does anyone know about that audi?

Here's one of an LM002, the 003 looks the same.

thats not it. this one had a full suv rear end and skinnier like road tires. maybe it was the oo4 and i'm just spoiled by the american sound of my x and i don't appreciate real power.

I know the 92 Lambo truck did 0-60 in about 7.7 , top speed 125.

the LM002 was first made in 1986. it did indeed run a V12, but it was a 5.167L very small V12, but it was a DOHC.
its pumping 450 ponies at 6800, and it runs at 369 ft/lbs at 4500 rpm's

the internals are as follows:

the Bore is 3.37 inches
the Stroke is 2.95 inches

final gearing is gonna be 4.125

0-60 in 7.7, and topped out at 130.5MPH

now as for the Super 5k, none of my books say this car even existed. what year would you guess it was?

there are other cars/trucks that i would much rather have than the Lambo 002, but i havent seen (well, recognized) the super5k, but if i see a pic i can get you your stats.

Couldn't find any specs, but here are a few pics of that Treser Audi Super 5000. (Yes, there are 6. Sorry about the clumsy way of posting them, I'm not too good at that yet.)
