I have a 07 rwd 4.0 Limited and im considering trading it in for a '10 awd Adrenalin that has a 4.6L in it. Would like to hear opinions from anyone else that has a Adrenalin and if you've had any issues. The Adrenalin im looking at has many more features than my 07, mainly like the v8 and the awd option. Also comes with dual zone climate, moonroof, remote start, navigation etc.

My '10 ST with the 4.6L is really nice, it comes with a 6spd thats even better, only comes with the V8. But its only 4WD which isn't a big deal.

I looked for Adrenalins when i bought my '10, only found like 3 with 4.6L. When i checked on Limiteds i found like 8 with 4.6L. there where a few more with 4.0L which i would stay away from. I also bought a '10 Mounty which does come with AWD too but i don't think its the same a the ST AWD. I thought the Adrenalins had a shift motor which makes it a modified 4WD. The mounty had no shift motor just a electromagnetic clutch and is more AWD. Just so you know.

decided to pass on the adrenalin. the dealership that has it is 22 hours away and they would not budge on the price.

adrenalin's do seem to be holding their value, maybe better than the other trim levels, but they really arn't anything special aside from the wheels, different bumpers and side skirts.

see my thread on the "AWD", basically its not really all wheel drive, just the 4wd drivetrane that you can't shift into low range.

wish i knew these things before buying my adrenalin, because i think i would have gone with a nice loaded Limited v8 instead, then threw on a wheel & tire package and black out all the chrome..

but I still think this is the best truck I have owned, I'd recommend it for sure, and I have owned a few rangers and a 1st gen sport trac.
