third break light

here is another "stupid" question from good old Germany...

Has anyone of you ever seen a modification (maybe clear) of the third break light ?!?!

I think therer must be something like clear lights because I belief I ´ve seen an Explorer with a white or clear third break light in NY.

So please, if you know any kind of website ...

i know you can buy covers for the 3rd brake light that say "explorer" i think you can get those at www.jcwhitney.com can't remember for sure though.

on my 92 i made me a custom 3rd brake light with spray paint

Hey Elite do you have any pics of your new turn/brake lights? I'm thinking of doing the same thing to make my braking with clears and stupid LEDs a litttle more visable.

i will have some in a few days, i got my friends digital camera that i will snap a few pics of

they look real nice and for the 5 bucks it costs it might be worth it so ya don't get rear ended hehee
