Hi everyone. I’m shopping for a 07 Explorer Eddie Bauer. Live a few hours away from the one I want to look at. Does anyone know if the third row has a shoulder seatbelt? I need to know that so I can install a booster seat for my grandson. Thanks.

They do have seatbelts for the third row passengers. The important thing is to make sure there are anchor points for the seats.

Good call 94 - the 07 does not have LATCH points for the rear seats. Can confirm on my 07 EB.
I'm not sure a booster seat needs them though. The rear seats do have lap and shoulder belts.

I just read through my vehicle owner's manual and there is a very detailed section regarding how car safety seats can be mounted. There might be a possibility that the rear cargo tie downs can be used to anchor car seats in the 3rd row. The OP should read the 2007 manual to make sure the vehicle he is looking at meets his needs. I don't want to take responsibility for telling him something that might be wrong. I am looking at the manual for my 2010 Mountaineer which might be different from a 2007 model.

Right - owner's manuals are readily available online through a Google search - I'm able to do prints from it because I have one on the computer.
Here is a link for the Google challenged:

While we are at it - there at more tether points than LATCH points if the booster has a top tether strap.
