This makes no sense

I pull out of my driveway this morning to go to class the radio flickers and the ABS light flickers along with some other lights it was sorta fast and didnt hear it also didnt think much of it so kept driving everyhing is fine I get to school park the truck turn it off turn the key to accessory and nothing complete power failure absolutely nothing checked cables to battery everything seems fine then im sitting there for an hour after calling my mechanic and a tow and then the power magically comes back on with everything reset. I didnt do anything and I'm just sitting here what the heck could this be its running fine now but this could happen again anytime it wants and Its making me a little nervous

First of all, try some punctuation as that was incredibly hard to understand.
Now for the vehicles problem, i would suggest trying the basics first, like clean your battery cable terminals and battery posts, and see if and more problems arise.
