I've finished installing the mp3car.com GPS/Cell/WiFi antenna, as well as an XM antenna from a 2005 Accord LX V6 painted an appropriate textured black.

You can see several pictures of the install in my picture gallery. and a teaser pic is included below.

I haven't yet had a chance to test their effectiveness yet since I'm still busy completing the rest of the CarPC and sound system install, but I trust they'll work well, and (in my opinion) they look pretty darn good. :-)

Looks good just wondering tho does the XM have a standard connector to connect to any XM receiver or is it gonna have to changed?

It is, of course, proprietary. I've gotten the thing pulled apart, and it should be fairly trivial to connect the correct end to the antenna.

There is actually a guy who's got a whole write-up, which I can't seem to find rignt now, on doing the conversion.

I'll be sure to post about it when I do the work. :-)
 






If you do some searching at Tessco, you can probably find an adapter for the antenna.
