I think he means oom12 which is a nice new set of inlet manifold 'o' rings and a replacement front tensioner. I am in the process of getting these parts, not that I'm in a panic just as a precaution.
I'm assuming you mean your serpentine belt tensioner. (You can't see the timing chain tensioner, it's not on the outside of the motor.) The whole pulley and arm assembly should move up and down some as it keeps the correct amount of tension on the belt. The pulley itself should not be wobbling in and out though, if it is you need to replace the entire tensioner assembly.
