Timing Chain Trouble

Hello,

I own an 02 Sport Trac 2wd which has developed the infamous timing chain rattle. From searching I found out there is an actual kit Ford sells, part # 2U3Z-6D256-BA. And the 2wd means I have the non blance shaft engine?

Anyway just wondering if this is everything I would need in order to get the job done or is there other parts I would need to pick up?

Also any tips on the cheapest place I could order this from?

I have posted a link to an engine rebuild, only because you will need the tools shown in the grey box to set up the timing properly, please read fully the write up it really is not an easy job!
