Who is up for it. If I get my 37"s mounted up by then I am game to go all depending on work. Anyone else? This is in Johnson valley and they run the hammers trails. 35"s locked front and rear is needed. Maybe a winch as well.

I've run some of the funner trails in northern California on 31s in my old fullsize Cherokee, I don't see why an Explorer on 33s or 35s couldn't take on any trail up here, it's just a matter of how much sheetmetal you're willing to see bashed into nothingness.

Which trails are those? Rubicon? Dusy Ershim? Fordyce? Yeah I did them all in a ranger on 33"s No way you are doing sledge with a ranger on 33"s unless you drag it through on a winch. At that point what is the fun of that.
