Tire hoist didnt seem to be working properly (counter clockwise/down, clockwise/up) so I gave the cable a little tug down and now it's just clicking when I turn either direction. It is going down when it should be going up and it only makes it about halfway down and then starts to go up again still turning the same direction. I do not know what to do. Any advice other than "get a new one" is appreciated. I can do anything that needs to be done within reason. Thank you!!
