let me first state that im poor highschool kid and i NEED new tires, if i do the penny thing the tread only touches the top of lincolns head when the penny is upside down.

what id like to know is what are some good yet cheap tires, that would be good for some medium off roading and are 32's - 33's on stock teardrop wheels.

ive used the search function and ive read the max tires size chart, and i plan on getting a 3 " body lift and tt, ive already done shackles but all that did was level out the rear.

There's a site, tires-easy.com that has some of the scarcer secondary market brands like National and whatnot. Otherwise, you can try to find used set somewhere, but that gets dicey because they can have internal flaws, old plugs, old rubber, etc.

You could volunteer at a tire shop...

See if someone will let you trade work time for tires... some shops need help on the weekend... Tell them what you said about being in HS, (and hide your sound system, it will make them wonder how you can afford all of that, but not the tires)

Should be able to find a set of cheap tires on Ebay or craigslist.
