Tire PSI

I just put on Toyo Proxes S/t 275/55/18 on my 08 explorer. What PSI do you think I should be running them at? The tire place set them to 40 PSI.

Since the tires are new I would recommend doing a chalk test.

usually it will say what psi to put for the front and rear tire on ur driver side door when u open it should have information about the weight and psi and etc on there.

That is what I am at now also. I found it worked best with the ride comfort and chalk test. Thanks everyone for the input.
