i am thinking about putting the BFG AT on my 98 xlt and i wanted to know will there be any rubbing and if so how much. i am going to get them installed on my stock 15 in wheels and i will use 15x10.5 for the tread give me a response of what you think. an off subject question but does adding the spare on the roof add much unsteadyness when turning.

i just had 31x10.50 BFG AT's put on my stock '99 sport....and there was slight rubbing at certain angles on the front part of my front fender corner...but i took out the dremel tool and cut off a tiny tiny bit of it, and theres no more rubbing...so it was worth it to get that size and cut off a bit...

Major,
I have a '93 xlt with 31x10.50's and no rubbing at all (ok - slight rubbing when really beating on the suspension<G>)

Here's an idea of what they'll look like...
