I am working on getting some 20s for my '92 X and it has 4 wheel drive...what am i gonna need to do....

is there anyway to just lose the ability of the 4X4 for a while by taking the hubs off or do i have to custom drill my damn rims cause i think that will look like crap...suggetions?

You can't just take the hub off, that's what holds everything together. Your only realistic option would be to convert the front suspension to a 2WD i-beam style or have the centers of your wheels machined out for the hub to stick through.

Any rims I can go with that will just let me slap them on instead of having to do the machining...there has gotta be something out there cause I think the machining will make the 20s look like ****...i need 20s though so if there is something it needs to be that size....

There's no rim with a center cap large enough to clear the hub, to my knowledge.

I thought about chroming it but any idea or feisibility in that so it matches or maybe a chrome cap to go over it something.....as for the machining....cost on that is...???
