to hot to handle

i have a problem with my 1998 Explorer , went out in it the other day and the heater has no cold air just hot also the air con is hot can anyone advise please thanks bobbear

i did wonder if it was this , but would it affect the air coming in without the aircon on

A low charge of freon would prevent the compressor from turning on.

no not yet will look at it on the weekend as i have been standing on my head at work
