So the front end clunks on acceleration and when I turn. Like metal on metal. It makes a horrible grinding noise too. New cv shafts, wheel bearings, and brakes. It's between the front diff, front driveshaft , and the t-case. What do you think?

And the wipers stopped working along with the dome light and the windows. All fuses are good. In the owners manual a few things are listed under one relay, like windows, locks and lights (Example, not positive though). If two of three work, wouldnt that rule out the relay as the problem?

Why is this thing turning into a POS?

With out a doubt it's your front drive shaft CV joint where it bolts to the t-case. Feel around & you will find that the boot is torn meaning there is no grease left in the CV.

You can not tell it's bad by trying to rotate the drive shaft with it parked.

The CV is not replaceable. You will have to have it rebuilt or buy a remanufactured one from a parts store.

A reman one will run between $200-$225.

You will need to set the parking brake when you remove the front d-shaft as this is what holds V8 AWD in park.

I should probably fix the parking brake then...

have you lubed the steering stops on the lower control arms? and the knuckles that will make a loud noise if at full lock
