where did you get the Aluminum tinker bars? I use to work with those as a machine builder. They are strong and light, you can hold a ot of weight with those things!
my dads old work used them around machines to hold fencing type stuff so people couldn't fall or reach in and burn, cut there hand off, etc. They always had extra so I have some sitting in my garage. The awesome part was this piece was already correct height wise, just had to slim it down about a foot and moved the end link in some. Then I cut the stretched steel stuff and slid it in the grooves so it was tight then put the other side on. Worked mint.
