Took my top off

where did you get the Aluminum tinker bars? I use to work with those as a machine builder. They are strong and light, you can hold a ot of weight with those things!

my dads old work used them around machines to hold fencing type stuff so people couldn't fall or reach in and burn, cut there hand off, etc. They always had extra so I have some sitting in my garage. The awesome part was this piece was already correct height wise, just had to slim it down about a foot and moved the end link in some. Then I cut the stretched steel stuff and slid it in the grooves so it was tight then put the other side on. Worked mint.

Finally got the 3" body lift in yesterday. Also hammered the fenders more, gonna be cutting them up this week. Didn't take too long, about 2 hours. The 34's look a little small now, lol.

Half done:

Then, I forgot to take a pic before it was night time and today, I'll get a better one tomorrow. Day time looks way better, lol.

Snorkeled it a few days ago. Good thing too cause I needed it saturday. Guy was stuck on the other side in a hole and said it wasn't this deep so i went to help him. Bad idea. When through this hole(just before this pic it goes over the hood) and apparently found a rock, stump, etc, and broke the tie rod 'ear' mount off the spindle and my tire came off the bead. Had friend pull me out. Luckily I live a mile down the road so through my ****ty spare on and drove it down the road.

By the time I got home my leaking spare was a mess.
