Update...
After I actually took the fuel manifold off, some injectors came off with it and some didn't, the one problem cylinder, well the injector to it had a pool of black liquid sitting in it on top when I lodged fuel manifold off from it because that injector didn't come off with fuel manifold. So on top of injector was a black pool of liquid when every other injector had no liquid in it at top.
