Tornado? Good deal or Rip off?

Has anyone every used one of those Tornado's? They are like fan blades that stick in your intake and do not move. They say that they spin the air and that makes the air fuel mixture better and faster. I think it is a load but, Damn those infomercials make it look like the best thing since the Explorer. Let me know if you have one and what you

I have one in my Exploder what a waste of my money! I couldnt notice a darn thing when I installed it! Save your money for a real performance mod.

There was a kid at my school who put one of these things in his civic and said it added like 25 hp because it acted like a supercharger. That was a funny day. He dropped his tranny in the school parking lot later that year trying to do a burn-out. Remember it's not smart to rev your engine to the redline in neutral and then drop it into first.

Was this guys civic auto on stick? i used to do that all the time with my tercel.....stick of course reved to red and dumped clutch in first....some sick old 20 ft stripes

No his was an auto. This is the same kid who after he killed the civic his parents bought him a grand cherokee. He thought he could shorten his stopping distance by throwing it into reverse while goin forward at 35mph. This kid is a big idiot to say the least.
