Has anyone heard of this problem? On a recent trip from Nebraska to Arizona, starting around Santa Rosa, NM., the torque convertor would decide Not to lock up.Sometimes it would lock, sometimes not, I tried all the tricks I could think of, disconnect battery, and some I would not care to admit to. I fought this all the way to Prescott and back to past Colorado Springs before it would lock up like normal. From then till now, it works fine. I'm leaving tomorrow and this time I'm going to go through Denver and I70 to 191 through Utah to AZ. I,nor anyone I have talked to, have ever heard about higher altitude affecting the competer to cause this. By the way, I just finished installing an auxiliary trans cooler and changed the filter.
