IMO torque specs are not needed for those things especially the end links.

Unless you are using the OEM type end links with hard neoprene bushings, do NOT use the factory 18 ft/lb. spec.
If using aftermarket such as Moog or ES, use about half that torque or until the bushings slightly bulge, no more.

What about the upper control arm bolts (washers)

UCA to frame mounting bolts shows 98 ft/lbs. above. Make sure you torque them with tires on the ground or the UCA bushings will bind.
