??torsion key isolator??

so I am doing a complete front end overhaul. got the kit from pst and some additional stuff. Removed the torsion bars( with no special tools, just have to have lca loose and supported with jack). but now I see the pads on the keys are all but gone. I searched and read for an hr. but never found any resolution. Has anybody had luck with some sort of material replacement rather than buying the whole key?

just talked to sheehy ford in ashland va., no help at all!!! part is no longer made. transfered twice and nobody had ever heard of this problem, no suggestions, nothing, not even a "bring it in and we will check it out".
