Tow hooks

I have a 2000 and I just bought a tow hook and can not find anywhere to mount it, anyone out there have ideas pics would be appreciated

that link wont work for him cause the '99+ have that huge friggin bumper that makes it almost near impossible to put hooks in the front. i think bigtigexplorer did it on his '99 XLT try a search for it. and welcome to the site!
