Okay, yesterday my check engine light came on. So I went up to O'Reilly's to use their scanner.
It threw a:
  1. 124: TP voltage was higher than expected
  2. 167: No Throttle Position sensor change in "goose" test (must get at least 25% rotation) - TPS
  3. 332: EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittently

I cleared them out to make sure it wasn't because the TPS got wet or something and it threw the same codes. The only change I've seen since then is a slight loss in acceleration.
My question is would the EGR code be related to the TPS malfunctioning? I haven't had any codes thrown like this at all until yesterday, so I'm just curious if they're in some way related.

Check out the TPS, sounds like it's gone bad. After you fix that, then recheck codes to see if it is what caused the EGR code. Sometimes weird ones can show up that aren't directly related to the actual problem.

Edit: I'm assuming you did the tests correctly, and goosed the throttle when you were supposed to?

SOP when resolving multiple codes is to identify the KOEO codes and resolve them first. According to my code list, none of those three can be KOEO codes, so can I assume it passed (you got 111) the KOEO test?
If so, the next step would be to resolve any KOER codes. The 167 is obviously a KOER code, and the 332 can be a KOER code. Repeat the KOER test, and be sure to goose the throttle at the appropriate time (see my notes on pulling EEC-IV codes thread in the EEC-IV forum). If this doesn't resolve it, then you'll need to determine what's wrong with the TPS circuit.

One thing the TPS and DPFE sensor circuits share in common is the 5.0 V Vref circuit. One thing to check for would be a loose connection in the Vref circuit going to those two sensors.

It threw the 111, 124 and 332 during the KOEO test. However I assume the 124 and 332 were just listed from the memory if you are correct they cannot be thrown durning KOEO. I cleared the memory and did the KOER a second time and it threw the same codes: 124, 167 and 332.

I checked and double-checked all the connections and nothing is loose. I just wanted to see if this is some quirk or if they're related. Otherwise tomorrow I'll just try swapping out the TPS and see what happens. Thanks!
