Hey folks,

I looked though the archives and just got more confused. I have a 95 ex I just added a hitch for towing the small tagalong trailer I have for mulch/dirt ect.. I can't figure what wire harness I need. I cannot find the plug described by some that you just plug into.

I do have a round connector that powers the rear lights.( Round connector on drivers side up by lights) Looks just like the one from my 96 mazda, however the little tabs don't line up. Does any one make an adapter that's shaped like a tee and just plugs in??? I really don't want to spend $50 for the wrong one. I'd sooner buy a universal for $25 and hard wire it. What options do I have JCwhitney has 2 listed one for $11 and one for $46 which one do I need? and are there any other options?

thanks.

PS how do I stop the squeeks???

"Hoppy" I believe makes the one that fits in the rear cargo area....It is a T.....

Yes, Hoppy makes a connector for it. You should be able to pick one up pretty cheap at your local parts store.

Thanks,

I looked at the hoppy ones and there $45 and I have to connect onto the tail light and run a power wire. The cheap one was the kind that plugs into the factory type. Not a tee type????
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

thanks
