Tranny Flush Problem

I just got my tranny flushed today and now i notice a wine in the 2 to 3 thousand range. Never had it before today when i brought it back to the shop they told me the tranny was fine. anyone have any ideas on what can be causing this problem? Maybe a pump? It's an 08 explorer with 65,000 miles
