tranny replaced....now this?

after tranny replaced in my 98 ex, my 4 hi, 4 low lights flash on dash. but the 4 wheel works like a champ. was wondering if this is going to hurt anything. but it engages and disengages just fine but as you drive they both flash ever now an then? just don`t want to tranny its shifting great as well.

Have you tried unplugging your battery for 20min? This happened to me 3 yrs ago, did this trick and has been great since.
