Tranny Shift-Point Selector

I've been reading about kits you can buy which will give you 2 or 3 options of shift-points for your tranny. Usually it's like: Switch position 1 = factory, position 2 = towing, position 3 = performance.

Anyone know if they make these kits for the ol' A4LD? If so, who makes them, where can I buy them, and how much are they? Are they any good?
