I have a 93 XLT 4x4 with about 166 k on it. I've had the tranny rebuilt about 60,000 ago. The problem is that it has started slipping when it is first started. It does Ok after it is driven for awhile then, after it sits (like while I'm at work) it acts the same way. The colder it is the worse it is...Does this sound like a rebuild issue again or should I look at other things first?

Mine does the exact same thing and was curious about this myself?

Guys, I just replied to a similar problem to a newer post above. Try changing your tranny fluid and filter. I had indentical problems a few weeks ago, and it cured the slippage in the cold weather.
