i have a 99 ford ranger 3.0 ... when i take off the transmission slips and it also slips in O/D... i went to a lot of tranny shops to see how much it would be to repair it but everybody wants to tear the whole tranny apart and ive been searching this forum ,which has been a lot of help for me, that i could fix it myself without taking the tranny off... so if someone can direct me to the way where i can find info on how to or help me how to do it... i have the tools and i am capabale of doing it since i am a tech but dont know anything about transmission.. we always send transmission to the tranny shops.. but now i want to do it my self and thank you for taking ur time to read this..
