Tranny swap advice

I have a 96 that had a bad torque converter. I removed the tranny and got the new torque converter. My question is what else should I consider changing while the transmission is removed. I'm going to change the rear main just looking for advice if I should check or replace anything else. Thanks for your help.

the seal in the front and back of tranny also

unless the rear main is leaking ,i wouldnt mess with it .if not done correctly you will be worse off than before the change .
same goes for the trans ,if it not leaking ,leave it be .
falls under the ol adage,if its not broken dont fix it .
